В сообщении говорится, что в следственный отдел по городу 5 декабря обратился один из кандидатов в депутаты Госдумы от партии ЛДПР с заявлением о том, что на участке N21-20 в урну с бюллетенями были незаконно помещены 92 подложных избирательных бюллетеня.
В ходе проведения доследственной проверки следователь в территориальной избирательной комиссии запросил бюллетени с этого участка для проведения исследования, но в их выдаче было отказано.
